Checking in felt chaotic, as the access points were confusing enough to make newcomers second-guess whether they were entering through the front or back. The hallways definitely had a few smells making their rounds-mixing food, cigarette smoke, and something else lingering too close for comfort. The bathroom cleanliness left a lot to be desired. With only one elevator in operation, it became a bit of a wait. The parking situation felt questionable, leading to a sense of unease that led to a restless night, with my mind racing about the safety of my vehicle.

the bathrooms were barely clean, just the way i like my hotel stay—uncomfortable. and if you thought late check-outs were a thing, think again! i expected at least a complimentary snack for my troubles, but clearly that’s too much to ask. i was almost ready to give a good review, but i just couldn’t.

We had an awesome time hanging out with friends at this hotel. Visiting the Downtown Aquarium and the Budweiser Tour Experience was a blast. The atmosphere felt friendly, and it was super easy to communicate with the staff. The room was huge, clean, and had useful amenities like a kitchenette, which made our stay even better.

My stay at Towneplace Suites Houston I-10 East was delightful. The cleanliness of my room was commendable, and the entire staff, especially Barbara, Twila, and Donna, went out of their way to make my visit special, even preparing a surprise for my spouse's birthday.

It was just a nice choice for a brief stopover in Houston with all in all brilliant value for money. The staff helped us with setting up a last-minute late checkout, which made our departure so much easier. Make sure to check the breakfast hours to grab a good meal before heading out.
